Shipping Information

Our products are handcrafted in small micro-batches. We joyfully & lovingly make our products by hand and aim our products to be as fresh as possible for you and your skin.  Once made, P&T products ship twice per week (usually Wednesdays and Saturdays).

We offer USPS Priority Mail and USPS Retail Ground as shipping options.  Most packages will arrive between three-and-seven business days (sometimes sooner, sometimes longer) depending on how far away you live from Maine.

Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and are calculated at the time of order placement.

We currently ship to the U.S. only.  We plan on shipping internationally soon though! 


Returns:

We want your experience with Pine & Tassel to be flawless...just like your skin after using our products.  However, If you have a problem with your order please let us know right away so we can make it right by you. 

Your 100% satisfaction is our top priority.  We want you to be a P&T customer for life.  Please let us help.

Our return policy is simple.  If you're not satisfied with your product just let us know why and what we can do better.  You will be refunded your original purchase price minus shipping charges.  It's that simple.

To begin processing a refund, please contact support@pineandtassel.com, including your order number, reason for return, and what we can do better.  NOTE:  All returns must be received within thirty days of your order date.

Damages:

Although we take great care in ensuring your products arrive to you safely, accidents do happen.  If you unfortunately receive a damaged item, contact us immediately so we can get a replacement product to you asap. 

We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of your order’s delivery. Please email us at support@pineandtassel.com, including your order number and photo images of the damaged product and we will get you replacement products right away.


Shipping Errors:

Oy!  If you received products that are different from what you ordered, we are embarrassed.  And so very sorry!  Please contact us as soon as possible at support@pineandtassel.com so we can make things right by you.

We want your Pine & Tassel experience to be something truly special.  Please note, however, that Pine & Tassel is not responsible for additional shipping costs for returns. We do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages.  We do not reimburse or compensate for returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.
